Melissa Blair Guilbeau is an ANCC Board Certified Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2000, a Master of Science in nursing in 2005 from the university of Louisiana at Lafayette and her PMHNP post master’s degree from McNeese State University in 2013. Melissa received her DNP from McNeese State University with a clinical psychiatric focus. She treats patients 18 years old and older for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief psychotherapy. She treats disorders including addiction, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and insomnia.

Seth is dual board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by ANCC and as a Family Nurse Practitioner by AANP. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006 at McNeese State University then received a Master of Science in Nursing at Northwestern State University in 2010 with a specialty in Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2021, he completed a post-Master graduate program at Northwestern State University specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. He treats patients from 6 years old and older for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief psychotherapy. He treats disorders including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and insomnia.
